Safety & Certification

Is this a medical device?

No. Our devices are cosmetic tools intended for at-home skincare use — they're not medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. They're CE, FCC and RoHS certified; full certificates are on our Product Certifications page.

Who shouldn't use EMS/RF devices?

As with most microcurrent, EMS or RF beauty devices, we don't recommend use if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, have metal implants in the treatment area, or have active skin conditions, open wounds, or cancer in the area. When in doubt, check with your doctor before starting.

Using Your Device

How often should I use it?

Most routines call for about 5 minutes a day. Most people notice early changes within 2–4 weeks of consistent use, with more visible results building over 8–12 weeks.

Can I use it with my regular skincare?

Yes — we recommend pairing use with daily sun protection and a simple routine you're able to stick with consistently.

How do I clean my device?

Wipe the contact area with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid submerging the device in water unless your specific model's manual says it's safe to do so.
