30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your AgelessGlow experience. Try it at home for up to 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll refund your purchase price (less return shipping).

To be eligible for a return:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The device must be in good condition (no excessive damage, all original parts included).

Original packaging is recommended but not required.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products or accessories (e.g., conductive gels). The device itself can be returned even if used — that’s our promise.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us for a replacement.

Late or missing refunds
Check your bank or PayPal account first, then contact your payment provider. If you still have issues, email us.

Shipping your return
You’re responsible for return shipping costs (except for our errors). We recommend using a trackable service. We’re not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
