You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods or holidays.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times below are business days after the order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking link to show updates after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes – No Extra Fees

The price you see at checkout is the final price.
All customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees are already included in the total amount. You will not be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery — regardless of whether your order is shipped from our US warehouse or our international center.

If you are ever asked to pay additional fees, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has no tracking update for more than 15 business days, please contact our support team.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier service disruptions.

We are also not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
