1. Start with clean, dry skin.
2. Apply a conductive gel or your usual serum to the treatment area.
3. Power on and select one of the 7 modes based on your focus for the day.
4. Glide the device in gentle upward strokes across the face and neck for 5–10 minutes, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
5. Massage in any remaining serum and follow with your regular moisturizer.
6. Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth after each use and store in a cool, dry place.

For best results, use daily for the first few weeks, then 3–5 times a week to maintain.
