DESCRIPTION
1. Start clean. Cleanse and dry the area you're treating.
2. Apply a thin layer. Spread a small amount of gel evenly over the skin — a little goes a long way. You don't need much.
3. Use your device. Turn on Contour+ (RF or EMS mode) and glide it slowly upward and outward across the gel-covered skin.
4. Reapply if needed. If the glide starts to feel dry during your session, add a little more gel.
5. Finish. Wipe away any leftover gel with a soft cloth, then follow with your usual serum or moisturizer.
A little goes a long way — one thin layer is enough for each area.

Do I really need the gel?
Yes. RF and EMS need a conductive medium to transfer energy to your skin. Using the device on dry skin doesn't work properly and isn't comfortable.
Can I use my own gel or something else?
Any water-based conductive gel works. Plain water dries too fast and won't give you a proper session. Oils and creams aren't conductive, so they're not a substitute.
How long does one tube last?
Since only a thin layer is needed each time, a 15ml tube lasts several weeks of regular use. It's a starter size — easy to reorder when you run low.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
It's a gentle, water-based, external-use formula. As with any product, patch-test a small area first if your skin is easily irritated.
Can I use it around my eyes?
